Jawwad Shekha is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He is one of the founding partners of Moore Shekha Mufti and the team leader for Audit, Accounting & Corporate Advisory services. Previously he worked for nine years with Ernst & Young Pakistan. In Audit, Jawwad possess a wide experience in manufacturing and service sectors including that of internal audits outsourced by quoted companies. He has been part of due diligence and valuation teams for transactions in media, pharmaceutical, energy and telecom sectors. Along with audit, Jawwad remains involved in capacity building of small and medium sized entities. Few of such entities ultimately outsource their accounting function to the Firm. Jawwad, over the years, has done significant work in the Not-for-Profit Sector. On behalf of the International Institutions & Donor Assurance division of the UK office of Moore Global, he regularly carries out reviews of local and International NPOs funded by global donors like European Commission and United Nations. He was engaged on a USAID project, as a lead consultant on Financial Management where his role was to develop Financial Management Standards and train some of the leading NPO's of Pakistan on their adoption. This was followed by capacity assessment and implementation support. Jawwad is also very actively engaged in various spheres of corporate law practice. His work revolves around formation of local and foreign owned entities, advising on various corporate matters and providing support in corporate compliances. He has also worked extensively on Corporate Governance and is a faculty member at Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. His published work includes a Comparative Study on South Asian Corporate Governance Codes, published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, a Guide on Governance in Family-Owned Businesses and Case Studies on Business Families in Pakistan; both published by the Centre for International Private Enterprise.

Adnan Mufti is one of the founding partners of Moore Shekha Mufti and is the Lead Partner for taxation Services. Adnan holds over 20 years practice experience in Tax Laws. Presently, he is serving as Convener, VAT Group of Moore Middle East Africa (MEA) Region, Member of ICAP Tax & Fiscal Law Committee and Member of Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee (ADRC) constituted under Tax Laws by Federal Board of Revenue. In the past, Adnan Mufti has served as Chairman & Member Southern Regional Committee of ICAP, Chairman & Member of Sub-Committee of Tax Reforms Commission constituted by Federal Board of Revenue, Honorary Advisor on GST to Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Member of Joint Committee of ICAP & Federal Board of Revenue on Tax Audits and Member of Indirect Tax Committee of Karachi Tax Bar Association. Adnan Mufti also assisted Sindh Revenue Board and Punjab Revenue Authority in development of Sindh & Punjab Sales Tax Laws. He has presented numerous technical / research papers in workshops / seminars both nationally and internationally. Besides, he also regularly contributes articles on VAT laws in financial press and professional journals in Pakistan. Zafar Ahmad is among the founders of Moore Shekha Mufti. He is a fellow member of Institute of Taxation Management of Pakistan and a fellow of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He holds a rich experience in Income Tax Practice spanning over 24 years encompassing Income Tax Advisory, Compliances and Litigation, both for Companies & Family Houses. His core area of expertise for corporate client covers matters including but not limited to Tax Compliance Management, Transfer Pricing Compliances, Tax planning, Business restructuring, Tax Review of Contracts (domestic as well as cross-border) and in the end, representations before appellate forums. For individual clients and family houses, his core area covers comprehensive Tax Planning and advisory in business and family Wealth Management. He also has a rich experience of nine (09) years of conducting Taxation Workshops. He has so far conducted as many as forty-three Open house and In house Tax Workshops on varied topics of interest in Income Tax Law in Pakistan He has delivered papers on Income Tax Law & Procedures in seminars / workshops organized by Karachi Tax Bar Association, Karachi. He has served as the General Secretary of Karachi Tax Bar Association for two consecutive Years in the year 2019 and 2020. In addition to his pivotal role in tax compliance and advisory services, Mr. Ejaz actively engages in crafting tailored training workshops for clients. He holds memberships in the Lahore Tax Bar Association and the Karachi Tax Bar Association, and he is a part of MOORE International's MEA VAT group. Nusrat is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan and a law graduate. She is associated as Executive Director in the Corporate Advisory Practice of Moore Shekha Mufti Chartered Accountants. She has been engaged in corporate law practice since 2009. Her core experience revolves around formation of local and foreign owned entities or their subsidiaries, branch or liaison offices and advising on other matters including investment and capital structure, foreign equity and debt investment and its registration, conversion of loans into equity, investment in associated entities, beneficial ownership including global and ultimate beneficial ownership, Code of Corporate Governance, Listing Regulations and CDC Regulations. Currently she is a Member National Council of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan.

Muhammad Tarique is a seasoned tax professional with over two decades of extensive experience in direct and indirect taxation, business law, and regulatory advisory.
